I am Shafayetul Islam Pavel, a passionate designer and project management enthusiast. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have always been a multifaceted and curious individual. I believe that what makes you unique, makes you powerful. Through my work, I get to combine various facets and experiences:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building websites has been my passion since 2009. In 2012, I was honored with the mBillionth award for South Asia, recognizing my dedication to excellence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am thrilled to connect with fellow individuals who share my passion for project management and creativity. As a Visionary UI\/UX and Product Designer, Design Operations Manager, and Creator of cssanimation.io and scrollyJS, I am constantly pushing the boundaries of design innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My interests lie in #uiuxdesign, #productdesign, #webanimation, #webdevelopment<\/strong> #careerdevelopment, #UXLeadership<\/strong> and #projectmanagement<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the years, I have designed more than 3 responsive websites and mobile UIs per month, with a remarkable 97%+ client satisfaction rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a leader, I oversee a production team of 30+ front-end developers and have collaborated with renowned brands like Expedia, Microsoft, Nokia, Dell, Cricket Australia, and HSBC.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I maintain a blog at www.cssanimation.io\/blog, where I share tips, tricks, and bookmarks related to my areas of expertise. Additionally, I have had the privilege of delivering over 10+ invited talks at UI\/UX, Web Animation, and Project Management conferences.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open source is close to my heart, and I have initiated several successful projects, including cssanimation.io<\/a> and ScrollyJS<\/a><\/strong>, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
